I found this link on slashdot last night… i thought it was pretty interesting.

In other news… I am flying home tonight.  And I will be there a
little over a week.  That’s good.  That’s pretty much it.

Allow me to be cryptic for a moment.

I’m not sure why I should care…. and I’m not really sure whether I do
care or not.  It’s hard to say.  But if I do, I probably
shouldn’t, and then the only question is why I still would.  Maybe
I like it better that way.  Then again, maybe I don’t.

It’s all kind of a mystery to me.

(how i could jump in their path as they hurry along!)

St. Cyril’s fair always came through the first week of September,

but it’s already the 19th and there’s no sign of it yet.

i have a hard time remembering the things i should remember,

and a hard time forgetting all the things i should forget.

Oh Christ, when you’re ready to come back,

i think im ready for you to come back,

but if you want to stay wherever exactly it is you are, that’s okay too –

its really none of my business.

and if i didn’t have you as my guide, i’d still be wandering lost in Sinai

or down by the tracks, watching trains go by to remind me:

Only a few more days until spring break… and that means going home…
where I don’t have to do anything… except for maybe a little bit of
homework.

I am ready for it…..  I just kind of want to get out of Lakeland, I think….

Today is a sad, sad day for movies…..

Sure winners like “Be Cool”, “Son of the Mask” and “The Pacifier” all
come out today….   In fact, I am going to have to reccomend
that if you go and see a movie that just came out this week, that you
go and see The Jacket.  I don’t actually know anything about it,
but I mean, considering the options, it can’t really be any worse.

Oh yeah, and if you even give Son of the Mask credibility as an actual
movie by going to see it, I am going to personally fly to whereever you
happen to be and smack you with a brick.  I mean honestly, what
are you thinking?

Better yet… what were THEY thinking?

Actually, technically, I wathced that last night….  but, you know….

It’s a good movie though.  I reccomend it.  If you are a noir
fan, anyway.  It is one of Lars Von Trier’s earlier films, before
he went all dogme 95ish.  I liked it.

Now I have to write some report to hopefully hand in today regarding a
presidential candidate’s use of propaganda in the last election. 
While I could choose either of the major candidates, or even a 3rd
party candidate, as they all use propaganda… I decided to go with
Bush due to the fact that pretty much everyone else in the class will
go with Kerry.  So I figure I should try to balance it all out a
little bit.

I hate assignments like that…. I hate comm theory in general.  I hope I pass 😛

I also am kinda sick I think.  Have felt a little naseuous since i woke up……  so.. yeah.  that’s not good.

Anyway, now to concentrate on writing that paper….

hahahaha…. this is ridiculous… and really funny, except when you
consider the seriousness of the people having made the charge… then
it’s just sad and wrong.

All I can say is, I’d like to meet this kid who has the power to raise
the dead and unleash them on his town and school.  That’s a
brilliant plan… and I mean, why would he stop there?  With an
army of the undead you could easily take over the whole world. 
I’m not sure that’s really a terrorist action though….  it’s
more a civil uprising.  I mean, an unexpected attack, maybe, but
it’s an army, and once the zombies take over America they’ll have a
real nation where they can be attacked.

If you are not interested in joining the ranks of the undead, I
reccomend fleeing to Canada, where I understand the zombie resistance
forces will be making retalatory and defensive efforts.  Remember
to shoot for the head.  And don’t let them bite you, or you’re
screwed.

Today was a good day.
No school.  No work.

I finally beat KOTOR 2, I watched Constantine…..

I had a completely non-productive day…..  it was good.

I am still slacking on updating this.  I don’t know why.  I just am.

I have watched a lot of episodes of the Wonder Years the last few
days….  it was an excellent show.  Kevin and Winnie have
broken up now… i’m.. midway through season 4… i’m getting to the
episodes that I haven’t seen in FOREVER….   it’s good.

Anyway, I have work tonight.  That sucks.  I don’t want to
work tonight.  Hopefully it will be slow.  Although slow can
be boring.  I know I will be tired, and so slow and boring will be
better then busy.

Tomorrow I don’t work though.  That will be nice.  Tomorrow
should be a nice easy day actually… since one of my classes is
cancelled.

I don’t actually know what to write about.  I think maybe I will watch more wonder years.

So now I am forced to be interested in the next xbox…  because
well… a Final Fantasy author will be making 2 games for it…
