ok… so nick left a cd at my house last night… and i decided that i really like this song 😉 note that i couldn’t find the lyrics anywhere… so i typed them out… but there’s one part i couldn’t really figure out… so i’m just going to omit it. It’s a great some anyway though 😉

“like i said i would return
cryogenically preserved
but you’ve got cold shoulders
for me to lean on
i can’t forget you girl
i don’t remember how to spell your name

the oxygen i breathe
you are my favorite dream
you’re my poison ear
you are my nightmare
constant misery
it’s still a mystery
why i love you when
you can’t stand me

i’ve got a better place waiting for you
i’ve got a better place waiting for you out there
if we hold on
we can roll on
be together
tie your sweater

stranger things have occurred
three in the furnace four were seen unburned

you’re a quiet stream
you are my favorite dream
you’re my poison ear
you are my nightmare
constant misery
it’s still a mystery
why i love you when
you can’t stand me

I can’t forget you girl
refresh me on your name
i call you every night
you play our little game
you smile and bat your eyes
i’ll be back here again
that’s just the way it always ends

who am i talking to
i always get it wrong
this one goes out to you
an adoration song
and maybe you will fall
just like my sisters fell
and be a flower by a well
i don’t want your love no more

the oxygen i breathe
you are my favorite dream
you’re my poison ear
you are my nightmare
constant misery
it’s still a mystery
why i love you when
you can’t stand me”

So I just watched Ringu, the movie which The Ring was based off of. It was cool. There are many aspects of it which I liked better then The Ring, but some things that were better in The Ring. Most of the story aspects in Ringu I found to be better and more interesting…. except they cut out most of the stuff with the kid, and stuff didn’t always flow as smoothly (japanese films tend to be slightly jumpy for my taste anyway… so i guess that makes sense)… but yeah… the ending especially I liked better. They follow pretty similar plot-lines, but there are differences… it’s definately an intersting watch after seeing The Ring. I’d say Ringu has an actual element of scariness to it too… which was greatly lacking in The Ring, despite the hype 😉 I guess just the way it is presented in Ringu seemed a lot more real. So yeah, if you get a chance, check it out. So long as you can take reading subtitles I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

sorry i’ve gone a bit without writing… and unfortunately i still don’t have much coming to mind to write about. then, i generally don’t feel like writing as much when i am up here as when i am at school. it has been pretty good though. i needed a break from school, and this has so far been a nice one. although at this precise moment i am pretty bored… but i should find something to do soon enough.

so anyway, i just wanted to say that stuff here is going pretty good… and update this in some way 😉

hope you are all doing well. later.
