Well, I stayed home yesterday… and it was good. I don’t think I could have taken work… heh.

Slept until like 11… then played a little bit of WarCraft 3…. then Jason Brown came over….. and we played Super Tecmo Bowl… and Halo…. and Dead or Alive 3… It was good times. Nothing like playing video games all day.

I want to have a job testing video games. I bet I could do that 10 hours a day and not mind going to work at all.

Well… I am going to go to work now. have to get gas and stuff this morning…. stupid gas.

Anyway… have a great day… and uhhh… counting today… I have 5 days of work left. I’ll probably update that countdown when I get home 😉

Suprisingly few comments on that last post considering how many days it’s been…. 😉

Anyway.. ummm… 5 or 6 days of actual work left. Probably 5, I doubt I’ll go tomorrow… as I will be waking up in like 4 and a half hours for the attempt…. but I already feel kind of sick… it is probably just a mental thing… but uhhh.. yeah.

So for those of you who read this and do not go to Oasis… tonight was round 2 of the fear factor thing… no more eating things… for that I am glad.

However, tonight we got to stand in a bucket of ice for… I believe it was 12 and a half minutes. One guy dropped out. They were trying to get 2 of us out… but…. we remaining 4 are just that determined.

Just to let you know, standing in ice for 12 and a half minutes is pretty painful. At first it is only somewhat cold… Then it gets real cold, but tolerable… then… somewhere between 5 and 7 minutes… it starts to hurt real bad…. then around 9 i guess is when you start to go numb… but it still hurts. Anyway, at about that point I just closed my eyes and tried to zone everything out. But uhhh… the second I heard we could get out i got out of that thing…. and then it really hurt 😉

Anyway, I ran to the bathroom…. started running water over my hands (oh yeah, at some point we were forced to stick our hands in the ice too). When this was done, I decided it would be a good idea to climb up onto the counter and stick my feet in the sink…. I started with cold water…. and it felt like hot water…. ummm… i gradually made the water warmer… and eventually… the pain subsided… for the most part. It still kind of aches a little…. and it feels weird. But it was worth it, I guess, for the entertainment of others…. and the possibility of $200. But I doubt anyone will be the sole winner of this prize… Hopefully they’ll knock out at least one more person who isn’t me next week, so it can just be 3 ways, rather then 4 😉

Anyway, I think between that, lack of sleep, and the eating of Waffle House food… I have successfully made myself sick.

Plus I really don’t want to go to work tomorrow.

So if I wake up and even feel slightly bad…. no work for me.

I got 2 cds yesterday….

One of them is the new Thrice cd…

which I have only listened to half of so far, but it’s good.

It has interesting cd inserts….

Different then anything I’ve seen before, so it’s kind of cool.

I also got the Stavesacre Live from Deep Ellum cd.

It’s only like 6 songs, but it’s pretty good.

Ummmm….

Oh yeah.

When I say guess and I’ll tell you if you’re right…

that means like…

I can’t very well tell you if you’re right on here, can I?
