so… I got my first paycheck from Toys R Us yesterday. It was an incredibly busy day, and I wasn’t enjoying it much… but when I was handed my check near the end of the day… it made the day a heck of a lot better… heh 🙂 Then today I of course went to Best Buy and spent over half of it. But that’s ok, because I still have like $20 in cash and $70 in my account… and I will get paid again on thursday… and almost twice as much as i got this time…. I am excited 😉 I will have plenty of money for Cornerstone. I guess there some advantages to this whole full time working thing.

The thing most of my money went towards is the keyboard that i am typing on right now, and the mouse that came with it. I decided a little while back that I wanted a wireless keyboard and mouse… so.. yeah. It is kind of nice… like right now, I am typing while laying on my bed a little ways away from the computer. I also have a bunch of handy little controls on it… and the mouse is really cool. Fits your hand really well and all that. I am very satisfied with it.

I also bought the Animatrix. I like it a lot. It is cool to watch mostly due to the various styles of really stinking good animation. The Final Flight of the Osiris is really just incredible. Square did an excellent job on it. So that was worth the money.

And then finally, I bought Further Seems Forever’s How to Start a Fire today finally. I was in Best Buy, and they started playing The Sound… and I was like.. hey… they are like my second most favorite band… and I haven’t bought that cd… maybe I should.. and so… I did. Actually, that is a project I have at the moment. Buy the cd of anything I have burned at the moment… or just ditch the burned cd if I don’t like it enough to buy it. I will do most of that at Cornerstone though. I figure as someone who plans on going into the media industry I should try and go ahead and support the people who are already in it 😉 That’s right… I catch any of you pirating anything I make… we’re gonna have some problems… 😉

Anyway, it is kinda late now… and I have now used all my new stuff to a point where I am satisfied…. so I am gonna go to sleep now. ummm… i’ll try and update again before too long…. but with work an all i am often too tired to care about it…. so.. yeah.
