mmm… food.
The choice between eating and sleeping can be a difficult one, if you didn’t know, but I have chosen to eat and deprive myself of sleep a bit longer.
And I am also writing this as I eat because.. I don’t know why.
A new game comes out either tomorrow or Thursday… regardless, I will be getting it on Thursday… it is Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. It is an RPG. I will love it. 60-80 hours of gameplay ought to keep me occupied gamewise for awhile.
And I think on saturday the longawaited next book in the Sword of Truth series comes out. I could be wrong about that, but it comes out real soon. It is called The Naked Empire, and it will surely be awesome, but, if you have no read any of the Sword of Truth books, I highly reccomend starting with the first one, Wizard’s First Rule. It is just better to start from the beginning then to start in the middle and then have to play catch up \ud83d\ude42 But, it is really really good fantasy… Just under Lord of the Rings in my opinion \ud83d\ude42 Go read it.
I want to go back to school. Actually, I just want to not work. I have decided school is better then work, at least the work I do at school is at least moderately enjoyable most of the time. That’s the joy of being a communication major… fun (if time consuming) work. And that is why my present job is not a good thing for me…. my philosophy on work is… I don’t care how much it is I’m getting paid… or anything like that…. All I care about is… is it enjoyable? I would rather have a job that I love doing that pays like $6 an hour, then a job I HATE that pays $15 \ud83d\ude09 Some people would rather the more then twice as much money… I, on the other hand, would not. Oh well. Just 4 more weeks (plus tomorrow and thursday) and I will be done. There is one more week after that that I COULD work, but I don’t think I will. I still have 2 weeks to decide I guess. I just want to have a week of nothing before heading back to school. Plus, I can celebrate my freedom from work by going to Cornerstone NC. Rock on! \ud83d\ude09
And I had my 6 week performance review today! Apparently I am meeting expectations. So that’s good, I guess they won’t fire me \ud83d\ude09
