I’m glad I did this bonus round… it’s giving me some time to think through what I am going to do next. I’m leaning more toward the option of calorie counting. I discovered there’s some websites with recipes that give calorie counts per serving, and so I think that will help me, since I’m planning on doing some more cooking myself, and trying to continue to not eat out – I really think eating out so often is what has been my main problem historically.<\/p>\n
I still haven’t started running again – I should, I don’t have a good reason not to, but… I’ve not done it.<\/p>\n
