Oops &#8211; this one is coming in the morning after because I got tired a bit early and passed out without remembering to type up a post.<\/p>\n<p>The good news is that I did have that downtick yesterday morning, so that&#8217;s a good thing. I did accidentally consume a swallow of a sweetened beverage yesterday &#8211; it was &#8220;sparkling water&#8221; &#8211; I didn&#8217;t think to check for sugar before buying it. In any case, it only took one swallow to figure it out, so&#8230; don&#8217;t think it will do any damage.<\/p>\n<p>Ok so that&#8217;ll be it for now&#8230; tonight will come the last post of the 90 day commitment, tomorrow starts the bonus round!<\/p>\n<p>89&#8230;.
