87. Just 3 more days to go and I’ll have completed my commitment!<\/p>\n
So close to the end… it’s late, so I’m going to keep this short, but I promised my next commitment following the 90 days.<\/p>\n
So… here it is… my next commitment is to extend this diet through the end of October. If my math is correct, I think it will take me to Day 101. I’ll keep doing these updates through that time as well.<\/p>\n
Part of the reason is… this diet has been working really well, I’m kind of scared to change it up while I feel like I’m on a roll…<\/p>\n
Pretty sure after that I’ll switch to the old slow carb diet.. but, I’m not sure – if I keep feeling like this diet is working to get me to where I want to be… maybe I’ll just keep going with it.<\/p>\n
